Journey I

Journey I provides an opportunity to begin personally experiencing the healing power of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, whether you are aware of a need for his healing or just yearn to continue to grow in Christ's love by the power of the Holy Spirit. We look inward into areas of our lives where there might be unforgiveness and the consequences of that unforgiveness. We look to see if we find our identity in Christ or measure it by some other standard. We look to identify brokenness and hurt and then through prayer seek God's spiritual, inner and physical healing through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Journey II

Journey II looks at how we live now with Jesus; how to abide in God. Jesus tells us in John 15 that he is the vine and we are the branches. We look at ways to get attached, stay attached and grow closer to God. We look at God's plan for a healthy family covering God's view and intention for a healthy, growing safe family environment and the tools and blessings He gives us even in the most difficult situations. We look at Generational Healing. Is it possible to pray for Christ to heal disorders and illnesses that have been handed down in the generations of our family? We inventory our ancestry, note any common themes of giftedness and brokenness, and pray first for our own healing and then for protection for our family. We discuss the reality of evil and how we guard and protect ourselves and families from it. Finally we look at how to start and/or strengthen our personal prayer life.

Learning to Pray for Yourself and Others

If you have desired to improve your prayer life but have had difficulty getting started, or if you never understood "prayer incessantly", or if you have wanted to pray with a friend going through a hard time but didn't have the boldness to do so, or if you have wanted to make your prayers for yourself and others more effective, then this course will help prepare you for these prayer opportunties.  Alpha and Journey I are prerequisites.
